Due to the nature of our products we do not offer exchange or returns. Please thoroughly read the product descriptions listed on the product you want to purchase, prior to placing your order. Once your order is in progress you cannot cancel your order.

All custom wig units must have the correct head measurements submitted with your order. Incorrect measurement may result in a wrong fitting wig.

All our pre-made units come in sizes small, medium, large or extra-large,  and follow a general size guideline, these are not a tailored fit.

All Hot Tools, unless defective upon arrival are final sale.

Any orders that do not have the same billing and shipping address will not be shipped. All packages require a signature.
